Is a PC or Desktop better? A Notebook PC is better for a college student to have because you can carry it around with you. You can take it to class to take notes, and even do your homework outside of your dorm.

Computers? College? What would be the best computer for me if I was heading off to college? *Dell Inspiron 15R What sites could I use to review the computer? *Dell.com and cnet.com

Programs/Software? The only item you would need to buy for this PC would be the software, Microsoft Office. And it only costs $150.00. System Requirements: 256 MB RAM, 500 MHz processor, 3 GB Hard drive, Windows XP or better, and Internet Explorer 6 or better.

What about a printer/scanner? A printer and McAfee Antivirus Program are included for a total price of only $715.00. Also Windows7 is included with the printer and scanner price.
