Two main types of democratic govts:
Republic – people elect representatives to make laws
Democracy – people vote on every law

Government is controlled by religious leaders and laws.

A government where only a few people have power and control the country. (could be the richest, smartest, a certain race)

Government by a single person having unlimited power and uses the military to stay in power.

Has a king or queen as head of the country. Their position is based on royalty and passed down through heirs. Power stays in the family.

Chaotic because no government to protect the people and make laws

Economy –the production (making) and consumption (buying or using) of goods and services within a country
Supply (what is produced) and Demand (what is purchased)

Resources are given based on inheritance
