Data Cleansing Campaign 2014Data Cleansing Campaign 2014 3 F4E MIG/Business Intelligence Group - ILO Meeting #26 – San Sebastian 29th September 2014 Objectives: Give an overview of the current usage of the F4E Industry Methodology: Give an overview of the current usage of the F4E All profiles targeted e.g. ILOs, Users, Companies, PQP Certificate Massive emailing via the F4E Industry Portal Start March 2014 - Finish May 2014 Scope: 93 PQP companies (data update) 220 companies (data completion) Over 200 users (profile completion) Main Outcome: Response rate overall positive Current records cleansed Accounts re-activation & further data management Increased interest for F4E Industry Portal

F4E Industry Portal v2.x - HighlightsF4E Industry Portal v2.x - Highlights 4 F4E MIG/Business Intelligence Group - ILO Meeting #26 – San Sebastian 29th September 2014 Objectives: Give an overview of the current usage of the F4E Industry Portal Improve the layout of the Portal Understand the main information our users need from us Provide a better experience to all internal & external users Methodology: Online survey (launched mid August 14) Targeted audience: external & internal users Mass mailing using F4E Database (mailChimp) Reponse rate: 23% To date: 119 replies Main Outcome: F4E Industry Portal is a communication platform Needs a clearer communication structure (calls / announcements) Support to the eProcurement Suite Visual refresh and speedier website Rather a v2.x Next milestones: Benchmark with other companies/organizations Define revised vision for the F4E Industry Portal Embed implementation of eProcurement Suite Set up group of functional experts Define functional specs for v2.x Launch IP v2.x project incl. eProcurement
