Strengths What are your advantages? What do you do well? What are your assets? What gives you stabilization and flexibility in an emergency?

Weaknesses What do you do poorly? What can be improved? What are your skill limitations? What limits your expansion? What prevents efficient service and smooth procedure?

Opportunities What specific possibilities are there for you? What trends are immerging in your profession or marketplace? What part of your market can you expand? How can you eliminate debt? How can you improve your stats? How can you lower your break even point?

Threats Which obstacles can create financial hardship? Is there anything that can shrink your marketplace presence? Are you managing risk well? Are you falling behind the advancements in your profession? Is a lack of resources threatening your existence? Are you prepared to meet your fiscal responsibilities?
