2 Stage 0 Project Team Update  The Project Team held 3 teleconferences since the Sao Paulo meetings:  10 February 2009  1 April 2009  31 August 2009  The ballot on the draft Technical Report closed October 10, 2009  Comment resolution October 19, 2009 in Tel Aviv  Great Project Team spirit throughout the year

Has interchangeable terminology and the use of graphics, drawings, and / or images been considered?  5.a. Has the extent to which the equipment and services will be used been considered?  5.b. Has the scope of disability been defined?
