UNC Charlotte: Research Group - Girl Scouts Internet Safety Patch - Evaluate current patch - Participate in Girl Scouts events - Create new patch to target older girls (13-18) ------------------------- - Individual research projects - Various outreach opportunities

Team Hope K-12 Outreach The Chancellor Diversity Challenge Fund at UNC-Charlotte approved our proposal for bringing Lego Mindstorms into the schools around the Charlotte area to increase the perception of IT in students. Bring Mindstorms to our Middle and High Schools. -Have the student build and program the robots. Present IT info at K-12 Career Fair. Middle and High School Robotics Day Research on the impact of the students we have reached. Mentor with BDPA Saturday Academy.
