3. The intervention philosophy and mission The trust’s approach in general is holistic and integrative, we believe that the individual is a whole entity, where each side of his personality is interlinked at least physically, socially, emotionally and cognitive. Every individual (and group) has the potential or the ability to determine his needs and able to fulfill them. Looking for ways of cooperation between the families and the formal organizations, in order to help the child and family to fulfill their in-born potentials. Our activities depart mainly from local Early childhood frameworks.

4. The program goals To help families and mothers in particular to facilitate child development (skills and atmosphere). strengthening the family unit. women education and empowerment. network and partnership between the formal community organizations and the family.

5. How we work? 200 hours of training for the supervisor mothers and continuous supervision. individual mother-to-mother supervision at the supervisee home. Mothers group supervision. Working with the family unit (children, teenagers, couples). Partnership and cooperation with local organizations.
