2 Everyone knows: "Movement is life". Everyone can be engaged pleasant to it in a sport. There are many possibilities. Being in the open air, running, training in fitness clubs. Some people like a walk in the forest, and some swimming in the pool. And certainly it is much more cheerful and more useful to go in for sports together with a family, friends and acquaintances.

3 "I eat to live, but I don't live to eat." Healthy food - an important condition in shape. It is necessary try to eat less fast food, sweets, not to drink alcohol drinks and eat right food. There are more vegetables and fruit which are rich in important vitamins for a person. «An apple a day keeps the doctor away».

5 Let's sum up. If you want to keep fit and be healthy for long years, it is necessary: Regularly go in for sports. Eat right food. Do not have bad habits. Always be in a good mood.
