At the very beginning of the XXI century the group of adherents set a purpose – to create the modern enterprise which is capable to compete with similar producers in Europe, according to the last achievements of science, computer technologies, ecological requirements and all those standards which are accepted in production of corking means for the food and alcoholic beverage industry today. The official history of the Joint-stock company “KGS&CO” begins from the date of its own state registration - on August 13-th, 2003. Less than in a year, large-scale construction of plant was finished in the city type settlement (c.t.s.) of Malinovka, Kharkov region, Chuguyev district, with the start of production of aluminum screw caps. There was opened the only enterprise in Ukraine with the closed production cycle, design capacity up to 60 million products a month where the screw cap from food aluminum, with use of special paints and varnishes, passes all production phases, from the offset printing on the aluminum sheet to the insert of the pourer or sealing laying in the ready made product.

There are some modern workshops in the structure of the enterprise, they are equipped with clearing, filtration, noise-reducing and other systems and most important, the developed social structure. For employees was created all necessary comfortable conditions for implementation of work. The knowledge-intensive equipment needs to be served by experts of the highest class therefore the main employees of the plant are modern engineering elite. Today, the enterprise is fully completed by the all necessary personnel, also created the personnel reserve for the work activity – for the exception of "a human factor" influence. Employees are the main value of the enterprise. In general, competitiveness of the enterprise depends on the education level and experience and it’s equal to all modern requirements. For the achievement of high level for the all personnel, the Company, permanently provide trainings, learning courses, including abroad advanced training courses, obtaining necessary admissions for work on dangerous sites, medical examinations and, of course, corporate and sport events.

After the statement of models of ready-made products, the 1-st technological stage begins with painting of aluminum sheet’s surface. This process is carried out by the modern German LTG Mailänder line. http://www.kba-metalprint.com/en/http://www.kba-metalprint.com/en/

The following stage assumes formation from the painted aluminum sheet into the semi-finished product, so-called “sleeve”. The aluminum sheet is processed on press complexes of the deep extract: SLP and NZP. This equipment was made especially for JSC “KGS&CO” by the Swiss equipment production leader “PackSys Global AG” (PSG) company. www.packsysglobal.com/en/packsys-global www.packsysglobal.com/en/packsys-global

Future ready-made product get its art completeness after putting all necessary soils, paints, varnishes by 4 sections machine of the lateral press of WESCO (PSG) and the hot stamping (foiling) machine.

During the last stage, after the REA (PSG) roller-molding machine, aluminum caps get the final formation of the ready-made product and its complete set, according to the request of the customer, by insertion of the pourer or sealing laying.

All production lines are automatic and use the newest systems of electronics and software. The slightest deviation from the programmed standards leads to stop the equipment. Production is standardized according to modern requirements for corking products of the food and alcoholic beverage industry. Impartial and regular quality control, in the obligatory regulated order is carried out during every stage of production from receiving raw materials and components from suppliers to shipment of ready-made aluminum caps to buyers. Testing of a pilot batch of product samples according to their appointment, is carried out with use of modern devices and gages.
