Data Management Seminar, 9-12th July 2007, Hamburg Advantages: –Tracking form information is only entered in WinW3S –Instrument information is entered only in WinDEM –No double entry of hierarchical identification codes is necessary –No empty instruments need to be entered in WinDEM... is ensured by introducing the –CheckSum procedure –(WinW3S Linkcheck) Reduces mispunches, time, and costs Linkage between WinW3S & WinDEM 12
