Location/Rotation Advantages Growing Attendance National Perspective Variety of Participants Quality of Participants Identify Local Issues Local participants get to hear about National Issues. Cost of attending (for local attendee’s) Involve Local Associations Can link with other work Annual Schedule Travel & Stay in Canada Local Champions in Surrey, Fredericton, St.John’s, Winnipeg, etc.

Disadvantages Travel & Expense Time Investment Committee Mandates do not match Local Issues Administrative Logistics Cost / Benefit Redundancy / Content Similarities Meeting Notices on rotating basis No Structured Meeting locations

Ideas Consider Linking to other Industry Events outside of Canada, such as NACE Resort Destinations Offer additional Activities (Related to Meetings) Fixed Locations (4) Location Specific Attendee’s (Students, etc) Televise (CARS) the event Virtual Meetings again CARS televised
