Tidal power is: -The us of the rise and all of tides involving very large volumes of water of low heads to generate electric power. Has potential for generation of very large amounts of electricity, or can be used in smaller scale. Tidal power is not a new concept and has been used since at least the 11th Century in Britain and France for the milling of grains.

-Barrage at a bay on the gravity of the moon to move tides up and down. Utilizing the fast flowing marine currents by tides action.

Renewable Renewable, relies on the gravity of the moon to move tides up or down.

Cannot be depleted like fossil fuels. Tidal waves are predictable, and this predictability is also one of the advantages that tidal waves gad over other energy sources.

-Variation in tidal range cause the output to not uniformed throughout the day. -Maintance of machinery is difficult when performed underwater or at sea. -Tidal fences in order to mitigate fish migration would be maintained.

A strong economic case for generating electricity using the open center turbine. Currently, the cost of generating electricty using open center turbine is compose to that of offshore wine.
