5 Substantiated Investigations Upon completion of investigations, OIG will provide the NSD with investigative documents to support the fraud/Abuse allegations. These documents will include all evidence that supports the findings, as well as the Memorandum that contains the total claim amount.

7 Small World/Super Kids Variety “SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Brandon and Kimberly Sapp, husband and wife from Atlanta, Georgia, pled guilty last week before United States District Judge William T. Moore, Jr. to running a criminal organization that defrauded the WIC and Food Stamp programs of approximately $20 million.“ “One of the largest WIC and Food Stamp frauds prosecuted in the United States” 88 individuals indicted and convicted. 34 out of the 88 were participants.
