All rights reserved. 10 Preparing for Go-Live – The Master Plan  Upgrade process tested in series of iterations, no matter if using a lab or onsite approach  Goal: build a master checklist with timings of all tasks, functional & technical  All technical developments and functional setups must be tested with a complete set of upgraded data (not just DMO data or “generated” data  Security profiles mapped and/or upgraded  End-users, functional and technical team trained  Documentation up-to-date  Go/NoGo: Full system test completed with upgraded data
