3  Demands at work are increasing  Control at work and life are decreasing  Complexity and variability of work psychosocial situation require development of models (questionnaries): Demand-control-suport (DC); Effort-reward imbalance(ERI), Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ),  Work Ability Index (WAI), Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMSQ ),Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI)………

4  To use:  DC, NMSQ (connection MSD –stress at work), CBI,  WAI, COPSOQ  Estimate:  Anxiety-depression, life events, socioeconomic status, organisational factors at work  to teach and find association:  Diseases –psychosocial factors at work (PSF)  (Cardiovascluar, musculoskeletal…  WAI -PSF  need for recovery (fatigue)-PSF –burnout  Absenteeism -PSF

Ali se pojavljajo pri vašem delu nasprotujoče si zahteve, ki izzivajo konflikte (med sodelavci, z nadrejenimi)? ORGANIZACIJSKI DEJAVNIKI Da, po go sto 4 Da, občasn o 3 Ne, redko 2 Ne, niko li 1 Mislim, da preveč delam, sem preobremenjen Na mojem delovnem mestu je premalo delavcev Imamo premalo odmorov med delom, glede koliko delamo Naloge, ki jih dobim od nadrejenih so nejasno opredeljene Nadrejeni ne upoštevajo dovolj mnenje podrejenih o težavah in organizaciji dela Dobimo premalo priznanja za opravljeno delo (ne cenijo naš prispevek) Ne dobimo dovolj informacij o kakovosti in rezultatih našega dela (manjka komunikacije) Ne morem vplivati na delovnik (koriščenje nadur, prostih ur ali dopustov)? Nimamo dovolj pripomočkov in ustrezne opreme (materiala), da bi lažje delali Prostori so utesnjeni, kar nam oteža delo Čutim, da ravnajo z mano nepravično (me trpinčijo)
