3 Regions of the 13 colonies Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Connecticut, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina. New England economy was largely dependant on the ocean. The Middle Colonies has the large amount of barley, wheat and oat grown there. The Southern Colonies has almost entirely based on farming.
