9 How? Data (Demographic and Psychographic) Tags –How you store data in Infusionsoft. –As many as you want –Applied as part of a sequence (after a goal is completed) Tag Categories –Group together tags that have something in common.

10 21 Tag Categories Everyone Should Have 1.Clicked – clicked link in email 2.Ordered – ordered a product 3.Problem Client – client that we know has issues regularly 4.Financial Tags – billing issues (failed payment, cc expire etc) 5.Membership Levels 6.No Marketing – exclude these people from marketing 7.Refunds / Returns – people that have requested refunds or returned product 8.Event Registered 9.Event Attended 10.Web Forms Filled Out 11.Expressed Interest – did something to express interest in a category or product 12.Customers – people who have bought from us

On which social media sites are they are a member 19.Partners / Affiliates – different types of partners / affiliates you have 20.Partner Events – People you met from partner events 21.From Partners – people that have bought from you that came from a partner
