7 Case Studies RC Kuching Central on Avoidable Blindness Project in the remote part of Sarawak with CIMB Bank as the major partner. RC Kota Kinabalu has a similar projects with the rural communities, partnering with the Government thru the medical department RC Pasir Gudang does it with the Ministry of Health

8 Rotary appoints representatives each year to UN bodies and NGOs worldwide. Rotary’s representatives meet regularly with officers and staff from international agencies to: Discuss parallel concerns and potential areas for cooperation Inform organizations about Rotary’s programs Gather information about the developments and programs of other groups
