1
HOW TO CATCH A BASS Luke Taaffe
2
Get a nice fishing pole and go to a pond or lake. Go on a day when it’s cool and sunny because the bass come to the top of the water for the warmth.
3
Tie on a hook using the fisherman's knot, put on a bobber, and throw on a few weights so it casts far. Getting the pole ready
4
Bait the hook. Use a real worm so it wiggles around in the water. If you bait it like this it won’t die. The bass will like it more if its alive.
5
Cast in the line by opening the spool, then holding the line until you cast. Let go of the line when you cast, and don’t cast to hard or the worm will fly off.
6
Wait for a very long time
7
After you feel a few tugs on your fishing pole, pull up on the pole hard. Then, your bobber should go under when the bass tries to swim away.
8
Then reel in the bass. When it gets to shore pick it up out of the water instead of holding it up with your pole so your line doesn't snap.
9
Unhook the bass by putting your thumb in the mouth and using the other hand to get out the hook.
10
Throw em back in the water
