2 Target GroupTarget Group  All college athletes go through some sort of Strength and Conditioning program.  I want to help Student-Athletes gain strength, endurance, and overall health.

3 Overall GoalOverall Goal  My goal as a strength and conditioning coach is to help athletes be the best version of themselves.  I want all students to gain strength, endurance, and knowledge of safety in the gym.

4 Barbell  A barbell is used to put weight on and do strength exercises with.  Not only is a barbell essential to gain strength, it also can be used for stability exercises as well as teaching proper form to new lifters.

5 PowerTec RackPowerTec Rack  A PowerTec rack would be used for exercises such as bench press, squats, pull ups, etc.  A rack is a versatile piece of equipment that can be adjusted for all different kinds of exercises.

6 Hudl  Hudl is a software used for all sports and is how game film is uploaded and reviewed for coaching.  I want to bring this into my strength and conditioning program in order to show examples of proper form as well as upload the athletes progress.

7 Bumper PlatesBumper Plates  Bumper Plates are the weights that are added to the barbell.  These plates are coated with rubber which helps durability and versatility.  These plates can be used for every lift using a barbell.

8 Dumbbell SetDumbbell Set  A set of dumbbells is essential for strength and conditioning due to how versatile they are.  Using dumbbells also puts a lot less stress on the shoulders, making it a need for athletes who need to throw.

10 Conclusion  All of these pieces of equipment and software are must haves in order to run a successful strength and conditioning program.  These new pieces of equipment when used with the software, will help reach the goal of stronger, faster, and safer athletes.
