4 The scenario; let’s set the stage Rollout of new grade book program at Cunningham H.S. Rollout of new administrative package software at C.H.S. New software was implemented without input of teachers New software was rolled out mid school year (Feb) 16 months since the rollout IT department did not formally train teachers Nobody at the school was familiar with the software Two teachers were selected to learn software on their own and coach others
