Assess the organization’s strengths, challenges and opportunities Establish relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Establish a positive presence in the community Develop a coalition of support for the development of a plan for continuing academic progress for all students Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan Phase 1-Listening and Learning

Review data from Direct Connect Sessions Review data collected from all one on one meetings with stakeholders Review budgets Review organization and operational procedures Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan Phase 2-Planning
