5. After you you will see, “Settings Were Saved Successfully”. Now go to Permissions. The first box is ‘Blog Authors’ Only you will be an Author, but you will be added to Your class blog, and the Social Space blog as Authors. (I do this, you just leave this box alone) (The Wizadd went to our school)

6. YOU MUST CHANGE THIS SECTION! Click This! You will invite: Me, dtruss@sd43.bc.ca and thewizadd@yahoo.com Everyone from BOTH classes, (we will organize this soon) And at some point we will also invite your parents, (They won’t be invited to the Social Space -sorry Mom & Dad) Then add e-mails (at least one is required) Then INVITE

7. Go to the top right corner, And click on Dashboard (Or on the from most pages) Notice: View Blog + New Post Manage: Posts, Settings, Layout Edit or View Profile My Account (your new Google Account - We will set this up soon) Go to: Edit Profile Your Dashboard, below, is very useful!

8. Uncheck this! Do not add anything to this page, just scroll down and… - - - - - This will show up, and if you click on the (View Updated Profile) you will see this… Never mind what they say… Keep your profile private! If you go to this page, hit the back button or the blogger. All 3 of these boxes are to be blank before you save the profile.

9. You are ready to post… but there is one more important step to do: Go to your e-mail and open the “accounts-noreply@google” message. You will see: Welcome to Google Accounts. To activate your account and verify your e-mail address, please click on the following link: http://www.google.com/accounts/VE?service=blogger&c=(really-big-number)&hl=en Click the link, see this, then Click here. - - - To get to your site you can either go to the site: http:// [Your Username].blogspot.com/ Or

10. You can go to: http://www.blogger.com Click on New Blogger Next, Type in the e-mail address you signed up with, (should be your student e-mail) and the password.
