Registration/Outreach/Media & Public Relations Committee : Chairs, Mgbeafula-Chair Contacts: Phone and Email PURPOSE: The Convention Registration Committee shall be responsible for orientation and the pre-registration and registration of all participants to the convention and assisting with the on-site conference management. Roles and Responsibilities Pre-register and on-site registration of all participants for each event 1.Provides assistance with Delegate Registration Kits 2.confirm and orient participants for on-site activities related to pre-conference and conference activities 3.Confirm, schedule and orient volunteers for their specific on-site assignments related to conference in consultation with the Conference Management Team 4.Coordinate an on-site message board and participants/hospitality lounge area 5.in concert with the Entertainment.
