Experts have identified these lifestyle factors which promote good health Experts have identified these lifestyle factors which promote good health –Getting 8-10 hours of sleep each night –Starting the day with a healthy breakfast –Being physically active for at least 20 minutes a day, 3 or more days a week –Eating nutritious foods –Maintaining a healthy weight –Avoiding tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs –Abstaining from sexual activity before marriage –Managing stress –Positive relationships –Practicing safe behaviors to prevent injuries PREVENTION IS KEY!
