5. Access Visions Version 5 Enter the following URL into your browser Visions.esserver.com Install Silverlight if prompted

17. Sync Snapshot Change demographic information and click Save. Visions offers to update the Snapshots client is in.

19. Things to be aware of Currently ALL Demographic information will be updated for this client in the snapshots you select, not just the information you just changed. Edit Income for one member and if you say OK, ALL income for that one member will be updated, not just the income you just changed or added.

20. Export to Excel available in most Grids Right Click and select Export to excel

21. Customize order of Fields in most Grids Drag fields to desired location Right Click and select Save Column Order
