Write your Sustainability Plan  Establish drafting responsibility and deadlines  Use good work you have already done for proposals, reports, etc.  Get needed help if you don’t have a strong writer on staff  Tailor your plan to your needs, priorities and prospects  Review and revise – take account of the input from key stakeholders  Officially adopt and celebrate  Make your plan a living guide for internal management decisions as well as for external communications © 2011 The Finance Project.
