16. RECOMMENDATION Police Department to continue to monitor our alarm calls for service and our partnership with CryWolf for one more year. Determine if a decrease in police response to false alarm calls for service continues and provide quarterly updates.

17. Policy Questions Do you want to implement a No Response policy for those alarm users that have 5 or more False Alarms within a 365 day calendar period, and have not paid their fees? Unless there is an independent verification. Do you want to reduce the annual fee amount?
