4. Proposal VSI Donates QIP metric to IEEE –Currently consists of: Vendor, Soft, Hard (Digital, AMS, MEMS, Memory, I/O & ESD), VIP released metrics, with strawman metrics for software Study group determines required enhancements –Initial IEEE standard based on current mature work –Potential revs for software, detailed deliverable checks, platform level metric
