3. Narrative The victim was working late on 07/09/07.
The suspect saw the victim working at the incubator and wanted something out of it.
He then attacked the victim and there was a brawl that caused the bruises and contusions on his head.
The victim then tried to flee but the suspect shot the victim in the back of the leg to slow him down.
Then the suspect shot the victim in the back and fled with the substance and discarded the gun in the bushes when he left.
