11 6th Grade Course Offerings 4 Language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies are year-long courses taught by a team of teachers. Each exploratory rotation course is one quarter in length. Physical education is a year-long course taught on alternating days. On the days alternating with physical education, students will choose, or be recommended for, one of the elective courses.
