Follow Instructions Follow the teacher’s written and oral instructions. Ask questions if you do not understand what to do

Your Hands Will Get Dirty
Keep your hands away from your face, eyes, and mouth and keep your hair tied back during science activities. Wash your hands after using materials or chemicals.

Questions to think about
Where should you put chemical waste? Is horseplay ever okay in the lab? If we were to ever handle animals, what should you do, or not do? How should you handle chemicals even if they are not hazardous? If you break glass what should you do?
