Sorry is given to other people when you have done some mistakes to them. 'I am sorry for breaking your bicycle' 'I am sorry I can't help you' 'I am sorry sir, I come late'

Please is given to other people when you ask them to do somethings. 'Sit down, please.' 'Could you please tell me where this address please?’ 'Please lend me your money'

Excuse me is given to other people when you want to interrupt them 'Excuse me, may I join this class?' 'Excuse me, may ask you something?' 'Excuse me, may I go to the bathroom?'
