2. Explanatory Notes 1Funding -This Version 2 structure continues to exceed the funding streams currently identified as available. As a consequence the structure will be further reviewed and a Version 3 shared in the coming months. 2Grading - Where a grade is shown as ‘proposed grade’, this indicates that the job description and person specification have not been agreed and has not yet been subject to job evaluation.
