2 Rationale  The schedule is designed to parallel the secure and controlled manner in which end-of-grade assessments are delivered.  All stakeholders are confident that the data will accurately measure student learning.  Quality data for the newly-adopted teacher effectiveness model is collected.

6 CTE Common Exams  CTE teachers may administer their own assessment  Proctor  Proctor may not be from the same program area  CTE Teachers will score their own exams  Second scorer will validate the results  Scoring must be in a supervised group of 3 or more  Teacher will enter module scores in Power School  Keep answer documents locked in testing room  Install/Delete files for performance component  Accommodations  Follow student IEPs and 504s

7 Assessment Specifications and Materials  Test Administrator Manual (Same for all assessments) See page 8 for test specifics  Student bubble sheets (Different for each assessment) Complete top of answer sheet before exam day  Tests Students may not write in the test booklet  Scoring rubric packet (one for each assessment to be scored)
