THE WOMEN TALENT POOL A concrete action of the “Women on Board” committee A platform for Talented women and SMEs A simple concept: To identify a pool of skilled and professional women (Applicants) whilst at the same time identifying a number of employment opportunities in SMEs in Hong Kong

PHILOSOPHY Helping women in search for part time missions to find opportunities up to their expectations Leveraging the proven experience and track record of professional women to support SMEs in their operations and management process Innovative initiative in the management of women career

A POOL OF TALENTED WOMEN women with a minimum of 7 years professional experience, based in Hong Kong, with a local ID and visa, not currently employed and interested to work on remunerated short to medium-term missions. FOR A POOL OF DEDICATED SME’s Short to medium term missions A large scope of missions CRITERIA

Geraldine FESCHET Asia One. Mission of 3 months, then hired “Arrived in HK in 2007, I have first spent 4 years to enjoy fully my family. When I wanted to find a professional activity again, I contacted the WTP which quickly offered a mission to me, perfectly fitting with my criterias, i.e. in a new sector (in order to develop new competencies) and part-time (to keep a balance with my family life).” TESTIMONY

Nelly Spire Norican. 6 months contract renewed for 6 other months “After 9 years stop to raise my children, follow my husband abroad and eventually dedicate myself to learn chinese, I wanted to have another professional experience but I lacked the almost compulsory networking in Hong Kong in order to find a job. I registered in the WTP in February 2012 where I met women very devoted to this project and had the advantage to get many advice. I have signed last week for a full-time mission that suits me 100% and I’m thrilled. In summary, a great project that deserves to grow. Spread the word!”
