11. Service Desk names do not need to match anything in your database, but can be any user-friendly to describe where course materials are.

12. Add Course allows you to identify a main course that may or may note have multiple sections.

13. A course site identifies a specific section of the course with an instructor, starting/ending term, and service desk assigned to it.
