He holds a Senior School Certificate (SSCE). In the year 2003, he was recruited as a trainee by NDE under the National Open Apprenticeship Scheme (NOAS). He graduated in 2005. He was given a loan of N83,500.00 with which he established a workshop for iron fabrication and welding activities. His company produces iron, gates, steel, canopies, iron chair, etc. He has 3 persons in his payroll and engages 10 people in the running of the business. The project is currently valued at about N1.7m with an annual turnover of N3.0m

2. TELLINK COMMUNICATION Beneficiary Name:-Toye Iyanda Project Name:-Telling Communication Project Address:-66B Sultan Dasuki Rd, Phase II, Site II, Kubwa GSM No:-0803 324 3065 Brief on the Project and the Beneficiary: Toye Iyanda was a trainee of NDE’s NOAS, turned trainer. As a graduated trainee, he was given a resettlement loan of N83,504.00. On becoming a trainer he was given a loan N150,000 under NDE’s Trainer Capacity Upgrading (TCU) in 2006 to establish the business. The company specializes in repairs and installations of computers and communication services, including GSM repairs. Presently 12 NDE trainees are undergoing training in computer and GSM repairs with him. The project is worth over N2.5m with an annual turnover Of N6.0m. He has 5 people in his employment.

3. YEKINI MOTORS Beneficiary Name:-Yekini Kadiri Project Name:-Yekini Motors Project Address:-Inkande Filling Station, Zone 1, Wuse Abuja. GSM No:-0803 618 2492 Brief on the Project and the Beneficiary: Yekini Kadiri is a native of Kogi state and a School Certificate holder. He was trained by the NDE in Auto-Mech under the National Open Apprenticeship Scheme (NOAS). On completion, he was given resettlement loan package of N40,000.00 in 2006. He was one of the people sponsored by NDE to Turkey for training on various trades. He specializes in servicing, repairs and maintenance of Honda and Toyota. The project is about N5.0m with a turnover of N1.5m. He has 3 persons in his payroll and engages 9 trainees undergoing training in his workshop.

4. MUSA FASHION DESIGN Beneficiary Name:-Musa Mohammed Project Name:-Musa Tailoring Project Address:-Opp. Karimu Police Station GSM No:-0806 538 9298 Brief on the Project and the Beneficiary: Musa mohamemd is an indigene of Nasarawa state. He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration. In 1997, He applied to the NDE to be trained in Fashion design under the National Open Apprenticeship Scheme (NOAS). On Completion of the training in 1999, he was given a loan of N29,000.00 to establish his business. His initiative has prospered with 2 sewing machines, 1 weaving machine, cutting table, chairs, ironing table, etc. He has 3 persons permanently in his payroll; at peak periods during festive seasons, his employees could be up to 8 people. The value of the project is estimated to be about N200,000.00 with a turnover of N400,000.00

5. UNITY FURNITURE & INTERIOR DECORATION LTD. Beneficiary Name:-Mr. Isah Emmanuel Project Name:-Unity Furniture & Int. GSM No:-0802 356 9098 Brief on the Project and the Beneficiary: Mr. Isah Emmanuel, a native of Kogi state, was trained by the NDE in the art of furniture making between 1996-1198 under the National Open Apprenticeship Scheme (NOAS). On completion of the training He was selected as one of the graduated trainees who received NDE resettlement loan package of N25,070.00 in 1999. The company has functional facilities such as industrial furniture making machine, different filling machines, spraying machine and two tiger generators among others. The business has created employment for 14 people, he has trained 25 trainees and currently 3 trainees undergoing training under him. The business has an annual turnover of N16m while the value of The project is estimated to be N30m.

6. FUHANA HAIR DRESSING SALOON Beneficiary Name:-Hauwa Abdullahi Project Name:-Fuhana Hair Dressing Saloon Project Address:-LS Shop 37, Kado Fish Market GSM No:-0803 654 4944 Brief on the Project and the Beneficiary: Hauwa Abdullahi was trained by NDE in hair dressing under the National Open Apprenticeship Scheme (NOAS). On Completion, she was selected as one of the beneficiaries of the NDE resettlement-in- cluster scheme and was granted a loan package of N97,000.00 She establish a hair dressing salon with the loan and currently has facilities such as dryers, steamers, trolley and generator. At the moment there are 4 persons are in her employment and 6 NDE trainees are being trained in her outlet. The project is estimated to worth N800,000.00 with a turnover of about N1.2m.
