2
In the next two minutes… Please look over your answers from yesterday so that you are ready to discuss them without having to rely so heavily on your iPad. Discuss your thoughts on #3 with your proximity partner. The older person shares first. Discuss #’s 4 & 5 with your neighbor partner. The person with more letters in their first name shares first. Finally, discuss #’s 6 & 7 with your neighbor partner. The taller person shares first.

Vocab Time! How much your write/type for this portion is completely dependent on how much people are handling this as a class. Translation: If everyone is on task and participating, there will be very little typing/writing for this portion. But, if the same one or two people are doing all of the work, we will move to typing/writing this in your Daily File.

What is the ROOT WORD of this word? So, if I were to say that January weather in Minnesota is predominantly hot and sunny, would I be right?

Journal and Story Telling Use ONE of the following ideas: Describe a time you wanted to do something but were unable to for a reason you could not control. Describe a time when someone stood up for you. Describe a time when you stood up for someone else. Think: try to remember all of the details about what happened, how you felt, etc. Write: describe the incident to me. Write for the entire time allotted. This goes in your Tri 3 Google Doc. Today is Tues, 3/18.
