It helped me in several ways, some just related to Rotary and some I can use in other areas of my life. The facilitators were wonderful. They made us think differently and to view problems from different angles which not only helped me in my year as club President but also in my personal and professional life. I also learned more about Rotary and the more you know about Rotary, the more effective you become in your service to your club. My favorite aspect of IFL was the friendships I made with the other Rotarians, many of whom were President-Nominees or President-Elects like myself. My club was able to participate in projects with other clubs due to these relationships. A few of us still keep in touch and I am sure our clubs will continue to work together on projects in the future. - See more at: http://rotary5790.org/stories/testimonial- institute-for- leadership/#sthash.ZKCvx3bI.U5m7W62Y.dpuf VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
