Scale Typical usage of 60GHz: wireless connection between a DVD player and an HDTV. The distance between racks is much longer. Not many racks can be put inside this area. Is the link quality stable enough?
3
Interference How about from (0,0) to (10,0)? Angle: 10◦
4
Short bursts vs long rotations “Short bursts” between racks are the whole point of augmenting wireless with the wire. Rotation delay: 0.01 – 1 second (relatively long, compared to the amount of data to be transmitted) The experiment is on randomly designed tasks, not the real DC tasks.
5
Restrictions on the # of concurrent connections in one node 8 is the maximum that can be put on a rack.
6
Big flat mirror How can the mirror be flat without the issue of bent/cuvrature in the presence of gravity? If the mirror is not perfect (e.g. not flat), the propagation model needs to be redesigned. Cooling? Putting metal plates on the ceiling may cause severe cooling issues.

No space on the ceiling
