8 Recipient Reporting Some rqmts standardized at OMB level; many others are left to agency discretion. Timeline short; due Oct. 10; posted Recovery.gov Oct. 30 Indian Affairs has a two month window [July 13 – October 1] to prepare Prime Recipients [Tribes] and sub-recipients to meet reporting requirements.

9 Recipient Reporting Specific Indian Affairs responsibilities: Communicate reporting expectations Identify expected quality standards for reporting data Prime recipients have first line responsibility for assuring and monitoring the quality of reported data Clarify reporting protocols – who will submit data IA tailor approach by program for analyzing & assessing quality of submitted data

10 Recipient Reporting Each agency develops & disseminates guidance for determining the number of jobs created Prime Recipient and Sub-Recipients must obtain/apply for DUNS and CCR number Federal Agencies, Prime, and Sub-Recipients must register for FederalReporting.gov Recipient Reporting dependent on availability of the internet; no alternative methods Definitions & more information in your packets
