Aims of the Program To support democratic and free-market transformation in the chosen countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, mainly by sharing Polish experience in this sphere. To contribute to educating new leaders as well as social, intellectual and economic elites, prepared for and capable of working for the benefit of democracy, free market economy and civil society. To promote the idea of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue and ethical standards in cross- border cooperation.
