Exit 17 Transportation Plan August 22, 2006 3 Study Purpose To develop a transportation plan for the Exit 17 Growth Center that: –Assumes wastewater system is implemented; –Accounts for effect of Circ Highway and New Milton Interchange; and –Presents a comprehensive list of projects to accommodate desired growth.
