20. June 07Oxford Consultancy Key points Although tenants are not dissatisfied with The Orangery, only 13% are using it on a regular basis. When prompted 79% said they wanted a new food operator. Over half the people interviewed only take a short break and eat at their desks. Most of those people buying their lunch spend less than £5 Without being prompted, 10% of everybody interviewed said that they would like a Pret A Manger at Exchange Tower. When prompted, all potential eating & drinking options received a similar level of interest, apart from fast food which two-thirds of people said they did not want. All other facilities at Exchange Tower receive high proportions of positive ratings apart from the shower areas. The most requested potential facilities were a coffee operator (60%), a gym (72%) and a new food operator (79%)
