We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today, the Thaua people of the great Yuin Nation. We pay our respects to the elders, past and present, and to those of the future, for they hold the memories, traditions, cultures and hopes of Aboriginal Australia. This triptych captures the coastal people’s annual journey to the mountains to trade, and to feast on the bogong moths. Created in 1988 at a CAP funded celebration of NAIDOC week.
