2 Purpose of the Measure Design a national multidimensional poverty measure to: Monitor trends and subgroups disparities (regional, ethnicity, others) Inform policy to improve targeting Increase coordination and accountability among Gov. institutions Unit of Analysis Household: To capture the overall welfare situation of families in Nigeria
