11 11 What commonalities do you have within your feeder pattern school(s) or neighboring school(s)? How similar are your look fors? How can you be a resource for each other?

12 12 School Leadership Teams are designed to consult and collaborate on school improvement work and professional development plans. ERPD topics must align with school improvement goals.

13 13 Choose any 8 Wednesdays throughout the year that meet the needs of your faculty. Consider the need to embed follow-up time as you plan your dates. Share your school’s 8 designated ERPD dates in writing with your faculty during pre-planning, with a note that the schedule is tentative. According to contract, teachers must receive 2 weeks’ notice if dates change.
