(For |M| 2 =Const there is no sensitivity to the phase θ ) Large variations of D 0 decay strong phase are essential Use the model-dependent fit to experimental data from flavor-tagged D * D 0 π sample. Model is described by the set of two-body amplitudes + nonresonant term. As a result, model uncertainty in the γ/φ 3 measurement.
