4. WHAT IS THE ROLE THAT YOUR SYSTEM PLAYS IN THE HUMAN BODY. The nervous system makes every thing work, without it we would not be able to move function of think or on command move yourself Therefore if you did not have a nervous system (brain) you would not meet all nine characteristics of a living thing so you not be living.
